Accepted by the decision of our Municipality Council dated 21.04.2026 and numbered 673, the land and plot arrangements to be made in accordance with Article 18 of the Zoning Law No. 3194 in the area where the parcels numbered 48, 49, 50, 51, 100, 108, 110, 112 and 114 of block 11235, which are fully implemented in Altınoluk Neighborhood of our District, and the parcel numbered 36 of block 11235, which is partially implemented, are located, and the zoning application studies and the related parceling plan, distribution and calculation tables prepared in accordance with Article 18 of the Zoning Law No. 3194, based on the Revision Implementation Zoning Plan, are in accordance with Article 19 of the Zoning Law No. 3194, the articles of the Zoning Regulation for Planned Areas related to implementation, and the Metropolitan Municipality Implementation Zoning Plan. I kindly request that the plans approved in accordance with the Plan Notes be posted on our Municipality's bulletin board and website for a period of 1 month, and then returned to our department with a record specifying the start and end dates of the posting.
