In the area where the parcels numbered 13036 island 4 are located in our district Gökkent Neighborhood, which was fully implemented with the decision numbered 597 and dated 26.03.2025 of our Municipality Council, in the land and plot arrangement applications to be made in accordance with Article 18 of the Zoning Law No. 3194, and the zoning application studies and the relevant parceling plan, distribution and calculation schedules prepared in accordance with the Revision Implementation Zoning Plan, in accordance with Article 18 of the Zoning Law No. 3194, in accordance with Article 7/b of the Law No. 5216, Article 19 of the Zoning Law No. 3194, the implementation articles of the Zoning Regulation for Plan Areas and the Metropolitan Municipality Implementation Zoning Plan Notes, the plans approved in accordance with Article 19 of the Zoning Law No. 3194, the implementation articles of the Zoning Regulation for Plan Areas and the Metropolitan Municipality Implementation Zoning Plan Notes, will be suspended on our Municipality's billboard and website for a period of 1 month. I kindly request that it be removed and returned to our service with a report specifying the start and end dates of the announcement to be prepared after its announcement.
