With the decision of our Municipality Council dated 21.05.2026 and numbered 865, the following parcels in our district, which have been fully implemented: Parcels numbered 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 in block 5515, parcels numbered 1 and 10 in block 5517, parcels numbered 1, 2 and 3 in block 6948, parcels numbered 1, 2, 4 and 5 in block 6949, and parcel numbered 7 in block 6948, parcels numbered 10 and 12 in block 6949, parcels numbered 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 in block 10179, in the Mahrumlar Neighborhood, which have been fully implemented. Parcels numbered 14, 15, 16, 24, 25, 27, 28, 31, 32 and 33, parcels numbered 1, 3, 4, 7, 28 and 31 in block 10180, parcels numbered 1 and 59 in block 10190, and parcels numbered 25 and 27 in block 10180 and parcel numbered 56 in block 10190, located in Kazımkarabekir Neighborhood, which are partially included in the application, in accordance with Article 18 of the Zoning Law No. 3194, the land and plot arrangements to be made and the zoning application studies prepared in accordance with Article 18 of the Zoning Law No. 3194, based on the Revision Implementation Zoning Plan, and the related parceling plan, distribution and calculation tables, in accordance with Article 19 of the Zoning Law No. 3194. I kindly request that the approved parceling plan and distribution schedules be posted on the Municipality's bulletin board and website for a period of 1 month, and that a record specifying the start and end dates of the posting be prepared after the posting be returned to our service.
