Due to the change in the regulation boundaries in the implementation of Article 18 of the Zoning Law No. 3194 in the Konaklar and Yıldırım Beyazıt neighborhoods of our district, which was adopted by our Municipal Council with decision number 2328 dated November 18, 2025, the relevant decision needs to be amended. Accordingly; In the land and plot arrangements to be made in accordance with Article 18 of Zoning Law No. 3194 in the area where the parcel number 4 of island 2654 in the Konaklar Neighborhood of our district is fully implemented, the parcels number 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 34, 74, 75, 76, 77, 82, 83, 87, 88, 89, and 91 of island 3284 in the Yıldırım Beyazıt Neighborhood, and the parcel number 2 of island 13543 are located, in accordance with the Melikgazi Municipality Council Decision No. 321 dated December 2, 2019, the Arrangement Partnership Share (DOP) will be allocated. If the increase exceeds 45%, the zoning implementation studies and the related subdivision plans, distribution tables, and calculation sheets prepared in accordance with Article 18 of Zoning Law No. 3194, based on the Revision Implementation Zoning Plan, will be posted on our Municipality's bulletin board and website for one month. Following the announcement, the plans will be returned to our service center along with a report detailing the start and end dates of the announcement.
