In the land and plot arrangement applications to be made pursuant to Article 18 of Zoning Law No. 3194 on the parcels numbered 2 and 4 of Block 3437, which are fully included in the application in the 2nd Eskişehir Neighborhood of our District, as approved by the decision numbered 1574 and dated 19.08.2025 of our Municipal Council, and on the parcels numbered 6 and 7 of Block 3437, which are fully included in the application in the Becen Neighborhood, and the parcel numbered 30 of Block 10359, the zoning application studies and the relevant subdivision plans, distribution and calculation schedules prepared in accordance with Article 18 of Zoning Law No. 3194, based on the Revision Implementation Zoning Plan, have been approved in accordance with Article 19 of Zoning Law No. 3194, and the suspension of the approved subdivision plans and distribution schedules has been decided in accordance with Article 1 of Zoning Law No. 3194. I kindly request that the advertisement be posted on our municipality's bulletin board and website for a period of one month and returned to our service center along with a report specifying the start and end dates of the advertisement.
