Melikgazi Municipality reminded that the real estate notification of the citizens who own real estate is online transaction easily without coming to the municipality.

        Informing the citizens about the subject, Property and Expropriation Manager Emin Baki Şahin said, “As it is known, it is a legal obligation for citizens who acquire a real estate for the first time to notify the relevant municipality. For this reason, our taxpayers have been able to come to our municipality and give real estate notification until today. From now on, we have provided the opportunity to give real estate notification online for the convenience of our citizens.

Property owners can enter their e-government passwords by clicking on the 'make a declaration' button from the online transactions menu on our municipality's website. From here, the system directs the relevant person to the menu where they will notify.  Here, citizens have to fill in the required fields. If the person making the notification is doing it on his own behalf, he fills in the relevant field; Even if he is making a notification by proxy or on behalf of his company, he can upload their proxy and company authorization documents to the system. Then there are the mandatory fields. Such as island, parcel information or street by street information. After filling in these fields, clicking the 'create declaration application' button allows us to receive this request.  We are turning this statement into a statement on the real system. Citizens can easily submit their real estate notification online in this way.” said. 

    

        Baki Şahin, who also reminded of the restructuring opportunity that will end on September 31, said, “We expect our citizens to benefit from the restructuring that continues until the end of this month.  They can also do this by clicking on the configuration application from the online transactions menu on our municipality's website.  As a reference municipality, we are proud to provide this convenience to our citizens.” he said.
