Municipality Research and Development Directorate, requests from citizens are resolved more quickly
and effectively.
With the newly developed
system, notifications sent by citizens via Whatsapp are automatically received through the digital assistant, and urgent requests are immediately
forwarded to the relevant teams and resolved quickly. In this way,
requests are evaluated without delay and action is taken.
Citizens can easily submit their requests, suggestions and complaints via the Whatsapp reporting line at 0530 253 91 91.

Our WhatsApp reporting line plays a big role in enabling our citizens to reach our municipality quickly. Our citizens can instantly convey their requests and suggestions to us 24/7.
58,503 requests were forwarded to us through our WhatsApp reporting line in 1 year.
This situation reveals our continuous communication with our citizens.
