4- Participation and qualification criteria:

4.3.1.1.If the document used by the legal entity to prove its work experience belongs to its partner who owns more than half of the shares of the legal entity and is authorized to represent and manage the execution of contracts related to tenders to be made in accordance with Law No. 4734, it is mandatory to use a document in accordance with the e-form prepared by the trade registry directorates or a certified public accountant or an independent accountant financial advisor within the chamber of commerce and industry/chamber of commerce after the first announcement date and showing that these conditions have been maintained uninterruptedly for the last year from the date of issue.
4.3.1.2.Work experience gained from works carried out abroad, other than those committed to the administrations within the scope of Law No. 4734, must be documented in accordance with the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102 dated 13/1/2011. In case of use within a group of companies established based on the majority of shares in accordance with the second paragraph of Article 195 of the Law, it is mandatory to submit documents proving this legal relationship and the duration of this relationship.4.4. 5-The most economically advantageous offer is based on price only to be determined.

7-Those who will bid for the tender are required to log in to their EKAP account and download the tender document.
8-Bids will be prepared via EKAP using the offer letter, tender participation certificate and other attachments, signed with e-signature and sent via EKAP until the tender date and time.
9-Bidders will submit their bids in the form of bid unit prices based on the total price calculated by multiplying the quantity of each work item and the unit prices offered for these work items. İhale sonucunda, üzerine ihale yapılan istekliyle birim fiyat sözleşme imzalanacaktır.
