The “My First Fast, My First Iftar” event organized by Melikgazi Municipality was held with the intensive participation of many children.
Mayor of Melikgazi Dr.Mustafa Palancıoğlu said that the children opened their first iftar and had fun with their hearts, “We organized the First Fast that we started for the first time as Melikgazi Municipality, the second of our First Iftar program in the Belsin region Isa Yusuf Alptekin Park. We want to instill in our children an enthusiasm for unity and togetherness, to give them a taste of the spiritual climate of Ramadan. We see that our children are very happy and enthusiastic. Here they open their first iftar and have a lot of fun. Thank you to everyone who participated in our program. Tonight, we will again do iftar with our children who are holding the first fast and we will experience the enthusiasm of April 23rd together. I want all our children to participate in our iftar in TOKI Demokrasi Neighbourhood. We value our children and young people, take care of their development. As a municipality, our social and cultural work will continue." said.
