MELIKGAZI DOES NOT STOP ACCELERATING URBAN TRANSFORMATION

The Mayor of Melikgazi, who participated in the demolition work carried out in the Battalgazi Neighbourhood for urban transformation studies, Dr. Mustafa Palancioglu said that 38 apartments have been handed over to their rightful owners.
Palancioglu said that work is continuing rapidly in Melikgazi Municipality, “We will demolish 13 old slums in Battalgazi District. We are making new buildings and exchanging our citizens here with the old ones. We are moving 38 of our citizens to our urban transformation building, which has just been completed. In this area, we are now dealing with squatters in inappropriate conditions who have exhausted their lives, demolishing them, and moving our citizens to their new buildings in a beautiful way without victimizing them. These regions are changing in a beautiful way. Immediately after that, its landscape, road, infrastructure and superstructure will completely change. I would like to thank all my teammates for this detailed work. Because property-related transactions are important because they are difficult. We attach great importance to the urban transformation process not only in Battalgazi, but also in Kazım Karabekir, Yıldırım Beyazıt.
