The Mayor of Melikgazi Dr. Mustafa Palancioglu received information about the work done by examining the Dursun Koca Mosque, the foundation of which was laid 2 months ago, in the TOKI Democracy Neighbourhood.
The Mayor of Melikgazi Dr. Mustafa Palancioglu, who said that they continue to bring many projects and new facilities to Melikgazi said: “We are implementing many investments in the TOKI Democracy Neighbourhood. We are continuing the construction of a mosque in a region where our citizens are busy and in need of what is needed here. Dursun Koca Mosque, which will have a capacity of 443 people, is being built on an area of 645 square meters. By the end of the eighth month we had laid the foundation, its construction is progressing rapidly. I hope that it will be one of the first works we will open in 2022. There was a lot of demand from our citizens and our headman about the construction of a mosque. Together with our municipality and philanthropist, we have worked to put a beautiful mosque into service to meet the need here. Currently, work is underway at a rapid pace.
