17 APARTMENTS OF MELIKGAZI MUNICIPALITY WILL BE SOLD WITH TENDER

Mayor of Melikgazi Dr. Mustafa Palancıoğlu said that the 17 apartments, the ownership of which belongs to the municipality, would be sold through the open offer procedure.
9 November 2022 on Wednesday at 15.00 at the Municipal Theater Hall, the Mayor who gave information about the tender to be held Dr. Palancıoğlu said, "We are also going on sale recently for our apartments built within the scope of urban transformation. As Melikgazi Municipality, we are carrying out a successful transformation that is a reference to most municipalities. Our apartments located in Kazım Karabekir and Talas-Mevlana Neighbourhood will find their new owners with the tender we have organized. We are waiting for all our citizens who want to participate in our tender. I hope that they will be able to sit in the houses they bought from our tender almost without waiting. 15 of our apartments are located in Kazım Karabekir and two of them are located in Talas Mevlana Neighbourhood. Our apartments, which are 3 + 1 and 2 + 1, were built comfortably and luxuriously. There are play parks for our children in our residences with landscaping, pedestrian paths and parking areas. Our services will continue for the comfort of our citizens in our neighbourhoods that are open to development. With the profit we will receive from the tender, income will be provided for investments in Melikgazi." said.
